Coach Margie McGee is beginning her 20th year teaching in the Valley View School District. It will be her 19th year coaching the Lady Blazer Volleyball team. She has guided the program to 15 consecutive trips to the State Finals and has brought home 12 State Championships.
Coach McGee played collegiately at Arkansas State University where she is still the all-time leader in kills & 2nd in digs.
Coach McGee married her husband, Barry, in 1998. Together they have 3 beautiful children. Her stepson, Caleb is 25 and attends SEMO university. Her daughters Abbigail and Gracie are 17 & 16 respectively and both attend Valley View.

Coach Chris Collins is starting his 4th year at Valley View. Before coming to Valley View he spent 2 years at Wynne High School where he coached Jr. High football & Sr. Girls soccer. Before his stint at Wynne, Coach Collins was the head volleyball (5 years) & softball (7 years) coach at Prairie Grove High School. His volleyball teams reached the state tournament every year and made 2 appearances in the final 4. He also coached the Arkansas Rebels 17u Junior Olympic VB team for 2 years. Coach Collins got his third State Championship ring last year and hopes for many more!
Coach Collins and his wife, Erica, have been married since 2007. They have 3 beautiful boys; Kinsler (8), Kolby (5), and Keaton (3). Erica teaches 4th grade at University Heights Intermediate and Kinsler is in 2nd grade. There's never a dull moment in the Collins household!
